Carelectric, Inc. is a company with 28 years right here in south florida. Our experience has been primarily service related for new and existing construction. For the last 15 years, we have specialized in large single family residential. The main focus of our work has been for Custom home builders. The special needs of wiring a custom home are very different than tract homes or multifamily projects. A typical job may range from 6000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft. Most jobs take an average of 1 year to complete with many changes in design detail and require the contractor to constantly adjust to maintain the schedule and keep track of all revisions. We take pride in continuing our relationship long after construction has been completed by assisting our customers with all their needs that develop in the future. In contrast, most larger electrical contractors prefer multifamily and large scale tract home residential which develops very quickly with little change throughout construction allowing for a very rapid pace. We prefer to focus on quality not quantity.
We have also have extensive experience in service work on all types of construction. From small commercial jobs such as tenant improvements for retail and office to complex remodeling of a highrise penthouse, we have the experienced personnel to meet your service needs as well.
